Chris Healy
Founder
Chris started his career as a mechanical engineer focused on how things are designed and built. That background shaped how he approaches problems by starting with how things work, then figuring out how to make them better.
He worked in research and development at The Clorox Company, bringing new products to market and improving how they are made and delivered. This included working closely with manufacturing plants to increase capacity and handle disruptions during the pandemic.
More recently, he worked in strategy and operations at SAGE Dining Services as the company began to transition from the founders to their next generation. His work included shaping growth strategy, launching new initiatives, and leading a small team that provided kitchen design services to clients.
Across both roles, the focus has been on working alongside operators and solving practical problems inside real businesses.
Chris and his wife, Hannah, have made their home in Boston and are here for the long term.
